2) Accordingly, the First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn in terms of Consent Terms.
3) Court Fee be refunded as per the Rules.
4) Statutory Deposit shall be transferred to the concerned Tribunal.
5) Record and Proceedings be sent back to the concerned Tribunal forthwith.
