The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat.

The appellant-Gulabrao Rangrao Nirval is present through Advocate Mr. V. D. Bhise. The respondent no.3-Acquiring body is present through Executive Engineer Rakesh Arjun Gujare. He is identified by learned Advocate Mr. B. R. Surwase. 3.

Both the parties have arrived at compromise. The terms of compromise are placed on record. The same are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

As per the terms of compromise, the claimant will get the compensation @ Rs.2400/- per R as his land was non irrigated land. Compensation be calculated accordingly.

First Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Award be passed in terms of compromise.
