This Civil Application is moved for condonation of delay of 77 days in filing the Second Appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is a delay of 77 days in filing the Second Appeal. He further submits that respondent nos. 1,2,4 and 8 are served and the legal heirs of respondent no. 3 are already taken on record. He further submits that the financial condition of the applicants was not good and also 1 / 2

None appears for the respondents. For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, delay is condoned.
