It appears that on 19.03.2025, Mr. P.S. Pawar, who had filed appearance on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 filed pursis intimating that respondent no.1 - Shashikala B. Safai expired on 03.09.2024 whereas, respondent no.2 - Anuradha Mohiniraj Pathak expired on 29.08.2021. Copies of death certificates are annexed along with pursis. The copy of pursis is received by learned advocate appearing for appellants on 19.03.2025. However, no steps are taken against deceased respondents.
