The Executive Engineer, R/N Ward, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Brihanmumbai, is present before the Court and submits that the Mumbai Municipal Corporation has issued a

communication directing the respondent/developer to stop the work. He further states that the said communication has been issued pursuant to a letter issued by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

In view of the above, all the contempt petitions stand disposed of, with no further action.
