This appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the Act of 1996) has been filed against an order dated 10th July, 2017 passed by the learned Single Judge by which objection preferred by the appellant under Section 34 of the Act of 1996 has been rejected and the Award dated 19th September, 2016 has been affirmed. 2.

On last date of hearing, Mr. Anant Upadhyay had entered appearance.
