P.C. :- 1.

Learned A.G.P. Seeks time to take instructions on the issue as to whether the petitioner had submitted the account of election expenses through their panel leader within the time prescribed or not. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner through his panel leader Mr.Pandit K. Changle along with the other candidates had submitted the account of the election expenses to the learned Election Officer within the time prescribed. The statement is accepted.

Affidavit in reply shall be filed within three weeks from today and a copy thereof shall be served upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one 1/2

921-wpst30550-17 week from the date of service of the affidavit in reply upon the respondents' advocate simultaneously.

There shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause ( c) which shall be subject to the further orders that may be passed by this Court after the affidavits are filed and further arguments are heard by this Court.

Stand over to 29th January, 2018.
