1] The appellant has impugned Order dated 8.2.2017 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai in Notice of Motion No.3302 of 2015 in L.C. Suit No.1853 of 2015, rejecting the said Notice of Motion filed by the appellant for grant of interim relief.

2] The record indicates that, by an Order dated 7.3.2017 passed by this Court, the parties were directed to maintain status-quo till next date. The said adinterim relief was thereafter extended from time to time and is in operation till date.

3] Mr. Warunjikar, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, the trial in the said suit is already commenced and the evidence of the appellant/ 1/2

4] In view thereof, during the pendency of the said L.C. Suit No.1853 of 2015, ad-interim granted by this Court by its Order dated 7.3.2017 shall continue to operate.

5] Appeal is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms. 6] As the Suit is of the year 2015, the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai seized of L.C. Suit No.1853 of 2015 is hereby requested to expedite the hearing of the said suit.
