The Application is made for speaking to minutes of the order dated 23/3/2017. It is submitted that there is a typographical error in the column of appearances so also in paragraph No.1 and reference is made to Shri Anturkar as "learned senior counsel.". He submitted that in the column of appearances so also in paragraph 1 of the order, the word senior should be deleted.
