Today, the proposed contemnor has filed a short affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3. Affidavit is taken on record. In paragraph No.3 it is stated that the Respondent has handed over a cheque of Rs. 93,500/ to the Petitioner. It is handed over to the Petitioner in the Court.

Mr. Reddy, learned counsel for Respondents submits that the said cheque will be honoured. In paragraph 4 it is stated that the Respondent would also pay monthly rent of Rs.10,000/ p.m. in lieu of temporary transit accommodation from 1/10/2017. 3.
As far as paragraph No.5 is concerned, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that an application seeking modification of the order dated 25/9/2012 is pending. In case it is pending the Respondent is at liberty to seek modification from the same Court.
