The learned AGP submits that, the Applicant has challenged the impugned order's passed by the Respondent No.3-Controller of Stamps, Kolhapur and the Applicant has filed Revision Application against the impugned order's before the Inspector General of Registration and Controller of Stamps, Pune Division, Pune (the Respondent No.2). Hence, these Writ Petition's are not maintainable.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these Petitions to pursue the Revision Applications filed before the Respondent No.2Inspector General of Registration and Controller of Stamps, Pune Division, Pune.

The learned counsel further submits that, the Revision Application's are filed in the year 2018 direction be given to Respondent No.2 to decide the said Revision Application as early as possible preferably within one month. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners these three Petitions are allowed to withdrawn N.S. Kamble page 2 of 3

with liberty to pursue the Revision Application's filed before the Respondent No.2. The Respondent No.2 is requested to dispose of the pending Revision Application's as early as possible preferably within three months after receipt of this order. 7.

All pending Civil/Interim Applications are disposed of.
