By the present petition, the challenge is to the order dated 7th February, 2018 allowing the Application of Respondent No.1 for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 18th July, 2014. 2.

The Application came to be allowed by imposing the cost of Rs.5,000/-. The cost was paid on 28th February, 2018 and the written statement was taken on record on 23rd April, 2018. 3.

In light of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Petition stands disposed.
