This Civil Application is moved for condonation of delay of 77 days in filing Civil Revision Application.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants were not aware of the order passed by the trial Court. The applicants did not know any advocate practicing in the High Court. Thereafter, they approached the advocate through their relatives. Hence, he prays that the delay be condoned.

The learned AGP for the respondents opposed this Application. 4.

In view of the above submissions and considering the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, delay of 77 days is condoned. 5.

Civil Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. 6.
