The impugned order dated 20.09.2017 is challenged in the Civil Revision Application.

Mr. Sathe would submit that Civil Revision Application has been wrongfully filed. He seeks leave to convert the same into a Writ Petition.

Registry is directed to delete Civil Revision Application No.407 of 2018 from its record and show it as withdrawn / disposed. Liberty is granted to the Applicant to approach the Registry and renumber the present Civil Revision Application and get it registered as a fresh Writ Petition after carrying out appropriate amendment thereto within a period of two

P12.CRA.407.2018.doc weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. An amended copy shall be served within two weeks thereafter on all Respondents by Advocate for Applicant.

Registry shall give fresh Writ Petition number according to its record and procedure in accordance with law and list the Writ Petition on 15th March, 2024.
