The above matter is taken on production board for speaking to the minutes of judgment dated 15th July 2025. 2.

Mr. Thipsay, learned counsel submitted that certain corrections and modifications are required to be carried out in the aforesaid judgment, SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM which are mentioned herein below :

In paragraph 9, 1st line, the amount of Rs.1,49,000/-for pain and suffering be corrected to "Rs.1,00,000/-". 3.

In operative of part, clause (ii) be corrected as : (ii) The Cross-Objection is partly allowed.

There is delay in filing of the cross objection, it is required to be condoned, so a clause "The delay in filing the cross objection is condoned." be added in the operative order .
