Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that in order dated 6th April 2026, it has wrongly mentioned as Adv. Mendon for the Respondents and also there is no order about statutory deposit and hence requested to mention the same in the order. 4.

In view of the above, in the title name of the advocate be mentioned as "Adv. Vilas More, for the Respondents" instead of Mr. T. J. Mendon with Mr. T. R. Kale for the Rrspondents" and also add 30th March, 2026

FAST-955-2024-STM.ODT Para No.3 as "The statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- be transferred to the Tribunal." in the order and rest of the order be as it is. 5.

Order be corrected as mentioned above and fresh order be uploaded.
