The Appellant has unconditionally withdrawn the Appeal and filed pursis which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-'X' for identification. The claimants are entitled for the amount of award along with accrued interest as per the award passed by the Trial Court. 3.

The Respondents/Claimants would be at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company. 4.

In view of the withdrawal, appeal is disposed of. Case be closed and paper be filed. Refund of Court fees be granted as per the Rules. 5.
