IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION APPEAL FROM ORDER NO. 886 OF 2024 WITH CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 48 OF 2024 Nandlal Murari Bagoria and Anr.

.... Appellants/Applicants V/s.

Chandubai Murari Bagoria .... Respondent WITH APPEAL FROM ORDER NO. 885 OF 2024 WITH CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 47 OF 2024 WITH APPEAL FROM ORDER NO. 884 OF 2024 WITH CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 46 OF 2024 **** None for the Appellants Mr. S. P. Shrivastava for the Respondent **** CORAM :

M. M. SATHAYE, J.

DATED :

10th DECEMBER 2024 P.C.:

1.

None appears for the Appellants.

2.

The matter is urgently circulated by learned Counsel for the Respondent. He submitted that the interim relief granted in favour of the Appellants is causing prejudice to the Respondent. He makes a grievance that the Appellants have not even removed office objections in the matter. 3.

Indeed, the office note shows that the Appeal from Order is under akn 1/2

4.AO.886.2024.doc office objection.

4.

In that view of the matter, the Appellants are directed to remove office objections (whatever exist today) within a period of 6 weeks from today, failing which the Appeals shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
