Learned Advocate for the Petitioner Mrs. Anjali Neel Helekar and the learned Advocate for the Respondent Dr. Uday Warunjikar have canvassed their respective arguments. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner and learned Advocate for the Respondent state that as the matter is substantially argued and in fact, arguments have almost been concluded, they pray that the matter be treated as part heard. They pray for time to produce translation of the documents at "X" as well documents in Marathi forming part of the Petition. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays for time of 3 weeks. 4.
