Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the second paragraph of the aforesaid order, it has been inadvertently typed as "Special Suit No.758 of 2009" instead of "Special Civil Suit No. 728 of 2009". 4.

Accordingly, suit number mentioned in the order dated 24.1.2020 be corrected as "Special Civil Suit No. 728 of 2009" instead of "Special Suit No. 758 of 2009".

Accordingly, the order dated 24.1.2020, shall stand corrected as above. Rest of the order to remain as it is.
