BHARATI DANGRE & MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ DATE : 5th MAY 2026 P.C. :

The thee Applications in respective proceedings seek restoration of the Writ Petitions which were dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial I) for non removal of office objections. On hearing the the learned counsel for the Applicants and on perusal of the Applications, we find justiciable reason to restore the Writ Petitions, as the Applications proceed to state that for non removal of the office objections which were notified when a conditional order was passed, the Applicants were under an erroneous assumption that the objections have been removed. We find sufficient ground to be made out for restoration of the Writ Petitions.

In the wake of above, Civil Application No.2/2026 and Interim Application Nos.3468/2026 and 3469/2026 are made absolute. By setting aside the order of dismissal, the Writ Petitions are restored to its file and directed to be listed on 22/06/2026.

In case, if the Reply is not filed by the contesting Respondents, the learned AGP is at liberty to file the Reply before the next date of hearing.
