Civil application has been preferred seeking stay to the execution of judgment and award dated 30th March 2017 passed in LAR No. 97 of 2009. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that entire decretal amount along with accrued interest has already been deposited in the Reference Court. She would further submit that application has been moved by the Respondent-Claimants for withdrawal of the compensation amount without furnishing any security.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 6th December Patil-SR 1 of

501.doc 2024. In addition to the Court notice, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant to serve the Respondents by private notice by all possible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date.

Mr. A. R. Patil, AGP waives notice for the Respondent-State (the Respondent No. 6 and 7).

Till the next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (a).
