Civil Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 1 year and 252 days caused in filing the present Appeal. The Appeal arises from the land acquisition proceedings. The submission is that the claimant was waiting for compensation amount to make the arrangement for court fees.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 1 years 252 days caused in preferring the First Appeal is condoned. Application is allowed.
