Shri R. C. Chavan, Former Judge of Bombay High Court, is appointed as sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The appellants shall deposit Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with the Registry of this Court within four weeks towards processing charges. 4.

The arbitration appeal stand disposed of.
