Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, he has served the notices to the Respondent No.1 by way of a private service and he has fled an Afdavit of service in that behalf. He further submitted that, the Respondent Nos. 2 to 12 are not contesting Respondents and he has instructions to delete the said Respondent Nos. 2 to 12 from the array of the Respondents. Leave to delete the Respondent Nos. 2 to 12 is granted entirely at the risk and consequences of the Petitioner. 1/2
