A praecipe is field by the learned counsel for the Petitioner for Speaking to the Minutes of Order dated 26/12/2018. 2.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the cause title at page No.2, the petition number is incorrectly stated as 'Writ Petition (L) No.14688 of 2018' instead of 'Writ Petition No.14688 of 2019'. Similarly, the title of one of the matters being Writ Petition (L) No.37068 of 2018 is missing from the cause title. He states that the said mistakes may be corrected.

Accordingly, the cause title of Order dated 26/12/2018 is

7/7 502 SM WP-33884.18.doc modified. At page No.2 of the said Order, the words 'Writ Petition (L) No.14688 of 2018' should be read as 'Writ Petition No.14688 of 2019'. Similarly, at page No.5, after the cause title of Writ Petition (L) No.35396 of 2018, the cause title of Writ Petition (L) No.37068 of 2018 shall be inserted as under: "WITH WRIT PETITION (L) NO.37068 OF 2018 Pruthviraj Sanjaysinh Gaikwad .. Petitioner Vs.
