Matter was taken up in Chamber for mediation. The Respondent No.2 submits that she is not ready to settle the matter amicably. In view of which, the matter needs to be decided on merits. 2.
The learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits that in compliance of the order dated 21st February, 2018 the Respondent No.1 shall deposit in the Court Rs.35,000/ starting from 1st May, 2018 towards rent of temporary accommodation of the Respondent No.2. In Megha 1/2
1_aost_1295_2018 addition he will deposit before this Court an amount of Rs.1,00,000/ towards advance /deposit for the rental premises. Leave and license agreement shall be executed in the name of the Respondent No.2. 3.
As regards furnishing of the premises the parties to take decision on the same after the Respondent No.2 identifies the premises. 4.
The learned counsel for the Respondent No.2, under instructions makes a statement that the Respondent No.2 shall vacate the premises within a period of one month from the date of this order.
