The parties i.e., respondent No.2/wife and respondent No.1/husband both agree that the wife alongwith their 2 year old daughter will shift to the premises which will be taken on leave and licence basis and the expenditure of the entire deposit and leave and licence fee will be borne by the husband. The wife will go for one BHK flat in the same locality, where is she is comfortable. She is ready to shift as soon as accommodation is obtained and the agreement is made between the husband and the landlord. 2.
