Mr. A.L. Shukla, learned counsel for the appellant submits that by order dated 26th April, 2018, the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Dindoshi has rejected the prayer for adinterim relief. He submits that the copy of the impugned order is not made available. 3.
In view of the above facts, both parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of the subject structure till the next date of
