service. However, the notice through Court could not be issued, as he has not supplied the copies of these Appeal Memos. He submits that, copies of these Appeal Memos will be supplied to the Registry by tomorrow. 3.
In view thereof, stand over to 15th March 2019. 4.
The ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 17th December 2018, thereby extending the interim protection granted by the Trial Court, by which the Plaintiffs were restrained from creating third party rights over the suit property, which is continued from time to time till today, is extended till 15th March 2019.
