The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has raised the issues regarding the representations made by Petitioner organisation for appointment on contract basis, regularisation of services and recruitment of retired officers. 2.

The Petitioner refers to some orders passed in Public Interest Litigation No.85 of 2008 which are not annexed to the Petition. Learned counsel assures that he will get necessary instructions in this regard. The Petitioner will also take instructions as regards the advertisement under which the members of the

Unless complete information and instructions are received and necessary documents are placed on record, it would not be appropriate to proceed further in the Petition in the present form.
