In view of the order dated 23rd April 2018 passed by this Court in the present Appeal, in order to enable the Applicant to get the premises on 'Leave and License' basis, she is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, which is deposited by Respondent No.1 in this Court towards the deposit for such proposed premises. Once the Applicant produces the registered 'Leave and License Agreement', duly executed by her, her second prayer for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.35,000/- per month, would be considered.
