The learned counsels appearing for the Appellant and the Respondent respectively tender consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Before we consider passing an order on the basis of the consent terms and since by the impugned order, the Appellant company has been ordered to be wound up, an advertisement shall be published of the Company Petition for winding up being withdrawn. The said advertisement must contain the material details of the settlement mentioned in consent terms. 2.
The Appellant shall deposit requisite charges in the Office of the Official Liquidator for publication of such advertisement. After 1/2
