Before we consider passing an order on the basis of the consent terms and since by the impugned order, the Appellant company has been ordered to be wound up, an advertisement shall be published of the Company Petition for winding up being withdrawn. The said advertisement must contain the material details of the settlement mentioned in consent terms. 2.
