Advocate Mr.Aditya Pimple appearing on behalf of Respondent Liquidator submits that the copy of the Notice of Motion is not served by the Applicant. At this stage, Advocate for Applicant showed letter dated 05/12/2018 with the acknowledgment of the Official Liquidator that the copy of Notice of Motion was duly served in their office on 05/12/2018 at 01.15 p.m. Therefore statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondent is incorrect. Whatever may be that. Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to provide one more copy to the Respondent. If Respondent want file reply, they must file reply on or before 17/03/2020, with a copy to the other side. 3.
