This petition can be disposed by directing the Education Oicer (Zilla Parishad), Kolhapur to decide the proposal dated 19th November 2024 for grant of individual approval to the appointment of Petitioner as Shikshan Sevak w.e.f. 1st January 20213, (copy of which is at page 17 of this petition) within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other deiciencies in the proposal, Education Oicer to inform the Respondent-Management of the same and give the Management an opportunity to cure those deiciencies. 2.
