Today the matter has been placed before this Court for Speaking to the minutes of the order dated 16th February 2026. 3.

It has been submitted that this Court has partly allowed above mentioned Cross Objection thereby granting the enhanced compensation of Rs.50,000/- at the rate of 8% per annum in operative part at Point No. (iii). However, the interest is payable from the date of petition till the date of realization is not mentioned.

It has been further submitted that deposit the amount in six weeks is not mentioned in the opeative order. 2nd April, 2026

In view of the above, in operative part No. (iii) add "payable from the date of petition till the date of realization" after 'at the rate of 8% per annum'. So also after point No. (iii) "The insurer to deposit the amount in six weeks" be added and corrected/fresh order be uploaded.
