It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body that an attachment warrant has been issued pending the execution proceedings. He further submits that the Acquiring Body will deposit the amount under the Award within a period of ten weeks 5.

In view of the above, there shall be a stay to the effect and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 30th January,

1PBCA14284-25 2013, passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad, in L.A.R. No. 296 of 1999, subject to deposit of the amount under the Award within a period of ten (10) weeks from today. 6.
