By this Application, the Applicants are seeking restoration of Appeal, which was dismissed by order dated 27/11/2012 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for not taking necessary steps in the matter.

The Applicants states that due to not giving proper instructions by the earlier Counsel, immediate steps were not taken in the matter, and therefore, they have engaged another Counsel. Immediately thereafter present Application was moved.

The reasons stated in the Application are not controverted by the Respondents.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Misc. Civil Application is allowed.
