Pursuant to the order dated 27/09/2023, an affidavit has been filed by the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur stating therein that names of various entities were considered in the meeting held on 04/10/2023 so as to suggest names of such entities who could constitute Five Member Committee to examine the aspect of reviving and running a Multi Speciality Hospital where the Nagpur Nagrik Sahakari Rugnalaya was earlier operating.

In the report as well as in the Minutes of Meeting held, the names recommended by the Divisional Commissioner along with the Dean, Government Medical College are as under : (i) Dr Raj Gajbhiye, Dean Government Medical College, Nagpur. (ii) Dr Lokendra Singh, Director Central India Institute of Medical Science.

(iii) Dr Mrs Vibhavari Dani, President Zonal Transplant Coordination Centre, Nagpur.

(iv) Dr Shrikant Mukewar, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur.

We accept the recommendations made by the Divisional Commissioner and the Dean, Government Medial College. Accordingly, the Committee consisting of the aforesaid five doctors is constituted. The said Committee would chaired by the Dean, Government Medical College. The Committee shall commence its deliberations with a view to suggest means and measures for reviving and running a Multi Speciality Hospital as observed in the order dated 17/12/2019. 4.
