DATE : 22.01.2020 On behalf of the respondent no.2 it is submitted by its learned counsel that the order dated 07.01.2020 passed by the Chairman, Nagpur Improvement Trust is sought to be challenged by filing an appeal. He submits that the limitation for filing such appeal is yet to expire.

Pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2019, the petitioner has placed on record an additional affidavit dated 08.01.2020 suggesting the names of the Members of the Committee that has been proposed to be appointed by the Court.

Further period of three weeks is granted to the respondents to either suggest any other names as proposed members of the Committee or concur with the names already suggested.

PIL41.19 2/2 In the meanwhile, it is open for the respondent no.2 to take appropriate steps if it intends to challenge the order dated 07.01.2020.

Stand over to 12.02.2020.
