The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that the final decision on the appeal filed under Section 108A of the Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936 is awaited. He submits that within further period of three weeks the said appeal would be decided.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 11.10.2023, the Committee constituted held its first meeting. It is informed that for want of requisite material the further deliberations would not take place. The petitioner as well as respondent Nos.5 and 6 are at liberty to furnish additional material before the said Committee to enable it to take further steps so as to achieve the purpose for which the said Committee has been constituted.
