The Committee, constituted pursuant to order of this Court on 11th October, 2023, has already conducted meetings, minutes of which are brought our notice by the Additional Government Pleader.

The said Expert Committee of Medicos is sensitive to the fact that the patients from the Central India are required to travel from other States or to the capital of the State for undergoing transplant. 3.
As such it needs to be considered as to whether the government itself can establish Super Speciality Hospital 4.
Considering the suggestions made by the Expert Committee, we deem it appropriate to have say of the State Government as to whether the State Government can consider the suggestions of the Expert

We have to have the views of the State Government in the matter. We post this proceeding to 11th December, 2023.
