It is informed by the learned counsel for the parties that the order dated 03.01.2020 passed by the Chairman, Nagpur Improvement Trust cancelling the lease that was awarded in favour of the respondent no.2 has been challenged in appeal. That appeal is stated to be pending before the State Government.
