It is brought to our notice that the State Government has taken a stand that due to cancellation of lease, the NIT has taken possession of the property and, therefore, they are free to deal with the land in accordance with the Land Disposal Rules. 2.

We deem it appropriate to have the response of Nagpur Improvement Trust on record about the same. 3.

We would also like to know whether there is a reservation of hospital on the land in question in the development plan of Nagpur city. The land is opted for a particular purpose. Let the response be placed on record by next week.
