In compliance with the order dated 28/04/2025, the respondent No.5 - NIT has placed affidavit on record.

The land in question appears to have been made available to the public at large for the purpose of Multi Speciality and Super Speciality Hospital and accordingly, offers were submitted by the Trust. It appears that the respondent - NIT has finalized the bid / offers and approval is already granted by the State Government vide its Government Resolution dated 14/07/2025.

In the wake of above, the cause which is sought to be espoused in the present PIL stood redressed. 4.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.

Needless to clarify that the respondent - NIT and the State Government shall proceed for execution of the documents in favour of the successful bidders in accordance with the law.
