Respondent No.5 may take appropriate decision in the matter, at the earliest and in any event within two months from the date of the order. The petitioner and the respondents, meanwhile, may submit names of the experts in medical/ administrative and management fields who would together constitute a committee to be appointed by this Court for taking a survey of the whole issue and submit its report giving suggestions on the modalities to be adopted for reviving and running a multi specialty hospital.
