Learned Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions, submits that production of papers was sought since the matter before the trial Court was for framing charge. The trial Court has framed the charge and the matter is kept or recording evidence on 9th April 2024. The petitioners may be permitted to challenge the order of framing charge.

Petitioners are permitted to challenge the order framing charge. Requisite amendment may be carried out in the petition Dnyaneshwar Ethape, P.A.

Since, the petitioners would be challenging the order framing charge, the petition to be listed before learned Single Judge for appropriate relief. Since the trial Court has kept the matter for recording of evidence on 9th April 2024, the petitioners are exempted from appearing before the trial Court on 9th April 2024. 4.

Liberty to move before appropriate Court.
