Learned counsel for the applicant states that the case is now being investigated by National Investigation Agency under the N.I.A. Act. The application has been amended and NIA has been impleaded as respondent No.2.

It is submitted that, since the N.I.A. has taken over the investigation, the matter will have to be placed before the Division bench.
