Learned counsel for the applicant states that the case is now being investigated by National Investigation Agency under the N.I.A. Act. The application has been amended and NIA has been impleaded as respondent No.2.

It is submitted that, since the N.I.A. has taken over the investigation, the matter will have to be placed before the Division bench. Learned counsel for the applicant brought to my notice the order passed in similar matter by the co-ordinate bench, wherein reliance is placed on decision of the Supreme Court's Judgment in by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:
