Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) To mention averment regarding widow of deceased in the petition.

2) To explain delay for filing the petition as per rule 382 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980. 2.

Further, Ld. Advocate for petitioner moved the praecipe dated 13.09.2024 alongwith true copy of death certificate of Yashwant Chari. Considering the said death of Yashwant Chari, it will be proper to allow the petitioner to amend the para No. 4 of the petition by mentioning all the legal heirs of the said Yashwant Chari as per Rules. Hence, amendment is allowed. Furthermore, the petitioner is also permitted to amend the petition so as to aver about the widow of the deceased and to explain the delay to present the petition as already petition is proposed to be amended in view of above referred praecipe. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order.
