Praecipe has been moved seeking extension of time to deposit the probate with Prothonotary and Senior Master as directed by order of 27th January, 2026.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent submits that despite diligent search, the original probate could not be found. He would further submit that Respondents have preferred an appeal against the order of 27th January, 2026 which has been granted circulation for 13th April, 2026. On instructions, he would further submit that no further steps will be taken on the probate till the disposal of the appeal. Sairaj 1 of

The said request is opposed by learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.
